1. The Service
GibGate is an iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch app that predicts when Gibraltar's Kingsway airport-crossing road will close for aircraft movements. Predictions combine the published LXGB airport schedule with live ADS-B / OpenSky Network aircraft tracking.
2. Informational Use Only
Crossing-time predictions are provided "as is" for informational and convenience purposes only. They are not official traffic information from the Government of Gibraltar or Gibraltar Airport. Always follow the live barrier signals and instructions from on-site personnel.
3. No Warranty
Aircraft schedules change, ADS-B signals can be incomplete, and live conditions vary. We do our best to provide accurate predictions (typically within plus or minus 2 minutes) but make no guarantee. Digital Nafta is not liable for delays, missed connections, or any other loss arising from reliance on the app.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app or its API responses
- Scrape, automate, or otherwise abuse the public API beyond reasonable personal use
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
5. In-App Purchases
GibGate Pro is an optional one-time non-consumable In-App Purchase of €7.99 that unlocks custom notifications, the 7-day forecast, family / group sharing, and personalized crossing routines. The purchase is processed by Apple under their standard terms. Family Sharing is enabled — one purchase covers up to 6 family members.
6. Refunds
All In-App Purchase refunds are handled directly by Apple through your Apple ID. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
7. Age Rating
The app is rated 4+ and contains no advertising, no user-generated content, and no chat features.
8. Third-Party Content
The "Live" tab in the app loads the public webpage frontierqueue.gi in an in-app WebView. That webpage is operated by a third party and is governed by its own terms.
9. Privacy
The app does not collect personal data. See the full Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain.
